1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Alraees Surgical ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. What the Platform Does

The Platform connects patients with independent doctors and clinics for the purpose of scheduling appointments, messaging, and managing appointment-related records. The Platform itself does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment — that is provided solely by the independent doctors and clinics you interact with.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Doctor and clinic accounts are subject to a verification/approval process before becoming active.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointment availability, confirmation, and cancellation policies are set by the individual doctor or clinic. The Platform facilitates scheduling but is not a party to the medical relationship between patient and provider.

5. Doctor & Clinic Responsibilities

Doctors and clinics are independently responsible for their own licensure, the accuracy of their profile information, and the quality of care they provide. The Platform does not employ doctors or operate clinics.

6. Prohibited Use

  • No fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the Platform.
  • No attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
  • No use of the messaging system to send unsolicited marketing or spam.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for the medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or conduct of any doctor or clinic using the Platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
